Customer Services Administrator (B2B) - Order Entry and Sales Administration

- Salary: A great salary in the region of £26,000 to £28,000 per annum (DOE)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (8:30am - 5:00pm)

About the Customer Services Administrator Role:
We’re on the hunt for a dedicated and organised Customer Services Administrator to join our client’s team near Banbury. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love delivering top-notch B2B customer service, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing As A Customer Services Administrator:
- Order Entry: Accurately process orders via email and phone, ensuring they’re promptly entered into SAP.
- Sales Administration: Support the sales team with all the admin tasks, from processing sales documents to managing CRM systems.
- Handle order changes, cancellations, or substitutions quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure correct pricing and check minimum order values and carriage charges.
- Verify orders against originals and confirm details with customers.
- Respond to customer queries swiftly and effectively.
Resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction for both the customer and the company.
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated and organised individual with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Proficiency with computer systems, especially Microsoft Office (SAP experience is a plus).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and strong numeracy skills.Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Ability to handle pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills and a quick learner.
- Knowledge of SAP is beneficial but not essential.
Don’t worry if you don’t tick every box – full training will be provided! You must however have previous office-based customer service and order entry experience.
