Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Warehouse Operative / Production Supervisor to join their team, working across both the warehouse and production environments.

• Location: Silverstone, Northamptonshire
• Hours: 25–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday (daily presence required)
• Salary: Up to c. £30,000–£35,000 per annum (FTE / pro rata DOE)

They are seeking a proactive and organised *** Sales & Marketing Assistant *** to support business development, manage enquiries, and oversee the customer journey from first contact through to invoicing.

Working Pattern: Office & field-based | Regular UK-wide travel once established in the role
Salary: Basic salary £33,000 – £40,000 per annum (DOE)

Bonus:

• Year 1: Performance-related bonus of up to £5,000 in year one
• Thereafter: Percentage-based commission scheme, paid annually
